Boy, did we get emails about this one after Delicious Dave cooked it up at the market! For everyone who missed the recipe cards, here’s the secret to the dressing Dave used on his kale salad:

1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender except for the oil. Blend and add the oil very slowly until the dressing reaches a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper and toss in salad.
