Kale chips are a super healthy substitute for potato chips. They’re also great crumbled over soups or pasta!
1 bunch kale
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Cut the stems away from the kale leaves and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces. Toss the leaves in a large bowl with the olive oil. Use your hands to mix well and make sure all of the leaves are well coated. Mince the garlic as finely as possible. Mix the garlic, salt, and pepper with the kale leaves. Spread the leaves out on a large cookie sheet (give them plenty of space) and bake until crisp, about 20 minutes.
